• Return the item in its original shipping container.
• Insure the product for its full value during return shipping.

International Returns

• Customers cover duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance.
• Shipping costs for warranty replacements are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
2. Ask the driver to document the damage (if present).
3. Do not discard the product or packaging, carriers may inspect it.

Shortages

• Report shortages within 5 days of delivery.
• Check all packaging materials, small items may dislodge during shipping.

Shipping Errors

• Our error: We cover return shipping and send the correct item.
